Return and Exchange Policy
We endeavor to bring you the freshest organic produce, always. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a spoiled, missing, or incorrect product, kindly follow the redressal procedure mentioned below so we can help you find an amicable solution.
Damaged or incorrect Order
- In case of receiving a damaged or incorrect order, inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Send an email stating the grievance, including the order number, a clear image of the order invoice, and an image of the product.
Exchange Process
Our team will get back to you within 24-48 hours to initiate an exchange process. Damaged or incorrect products shall be replaced with fresh products at the earliest.
Return & Replace
In case of multiple items, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.
Out of Stock items
In case the requested item is out of stock, a refund procedure shall be initiated.
All disputes shall be subject to the local jurisdiction.
