Return and Exchange Policy

We endeavor to bring you the freshest organic produce, always. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a spoiled, missing, or incorrect product, kindly follow the redressal procedure mentioned below so we can help you find an amicable solution. 

  • In case of receiving a damaged or incorrect order, inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Send an email stating the grievance, including the order number, a clear image of the order invoice, and an image of the product.

Our team will get back to you within 24-48 hours to initiate an exchange process. Damaged or incorrect products shall be replaced with fresh products at the earliest.

In case of multiple items, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.

In case the requested item is out of stock, a refund procedure shall be initiated.

All disputes shall be subject to the local jurisdiction.
