At JR Farms, we are committed to delivering the freshest and highest-quality organic produce to our customers. Our policies ensure fairness, transparency, and smooth service for everyone.

Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order by contacting our support team.
  • Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

After Dispatch:

  • Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • Refusing to accept delivered orders may affect future order eligibility.

Refund Policy

Eligible Refunds:

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • You receive a wrong item, or
  • There is a verified delivery or payment issue from JR Farms.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Rooted vegetables, spoiled fruits, damaged fruits or vegetables, broken items, or old stock are eligible only for replacement, not refund.
  • Perishable goods such as fresh vegetables, fruits, and juices cannot be refunded once delivered.
  • Items purchased under discounts, special offers, or JR Family schemes are non-refundable unless defective.

Replacement Policy

  • Damaged, spoiled, or incorrect products will be replaced on the next market day after verification.
  • Current market days are Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.
  • Replacements will be provided subject to product availability and verification.

Complaints

If you have any issue or complaint regarding your order, please report it within 24 hours of receiving the delivery, along with photos or details for verification.
