2. About JR Farms

JR Farms is committed to delivering fresh, organic, chemical-free agricultural produce directly from our farms to your home. We follow sustainable farming practices and ensure that all our products are 100% pesticide-free with no artificial ripening agents.

3. Product Information and Availability

3.1 Product Accuracy: We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, natural variations in organic produce (color, size, weight) may occur and are inherent to fresh agricultural products.

3.2 Seasonal Availability: Product availability is subject to seasonal farming cycles and harvest conditions. We reserve the right to discontinue products temporarily based on seasonal availability.

3.3 Organic Claims: All products marked as "organic" comply with organic farming standards. Certifications are available upon request.

3.4 Shelf Life: As our products are fresh and preservative-free, they have limited shelf life. Recommended storage instructions and best-before guidelines are provided with each product.

4. Orders and Pricing

4.1 Order Placement: When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability or payment verification issues.

4.2 Inventory Reservation: Upon placing an order, inventory is reserved for 30 minutes while payment is processed. If payment is not completed within this timeframe, the reservation expires and products return to available stock.

4.3 Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges are calculated separately at checkout.

4.4 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. However, orders already confirmed will honor the price at the time of purchase.

4.5 Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS once your order is successfully placed and payment is verified.

5. Payment

5.1 Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods:

  • Online Payment (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Wallets) via Razorpay
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) - where available
  • B2B Credit Terms - for approved business customers only

5.2 Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your complete card details on our servers.

5.3 Payment Failure: If payment fails, your order will not be processed. You may retry payment or contact our support team for assistance.

5.4 B2B Credit Terms: Business customers with approved credit accounts must adhere to agreed payment terms. Outstanding amounts must be cleared within the stipulated credit period.

6. Delivery and Shipping

6.1 Delivery Areas: We currently deliver within India. Specific serviceable areas are displayed at checkout.

6.2 Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and depend on your location and product availability. We strive to meet these estimates but cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to the perishable nature of our products and external factors.

6.3 Delivery Charges: Shipping fees vary based on order value, weight, and delivery location. Final charges are calculated at checkout.

6.4 Delivery Inspection: We recommend inspecting products upon delivery. If you notice any quality issues or damage, please refuse the delivery or note it with the delivery personnel and contact us immediately.

6.5 Failed Delivery: If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Quality Guarantee

7.1 Quality Guarantee: We are committed to delivering the highest quality organic produce. If you receive products that do not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

7.2 Return Eligibility: Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged or spoiled products upon delivery
  • Incorrect items delivered
  • Missing items from your order
  • Quality defects or contamination

7.3 Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

7.4 Non-Returnable Items: Products that have been used, consumed, or stored improperly after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

7.5 Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may refuse delivery or initiate a return as per our policy.

8. User Accounts and Responsibilities

8.1 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

8.2 Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and placing orders, including delivery addresses and contact details.

We use third-party services including Razorpay for payment processing and logistics partners for delivery. These services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their actions or policies.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.
